Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opening for a Shift Manager Operations at Hibbing Taconite Company in Hibbing, MN. As a Shift Manager, you will direct and coordinate safe production at the Mine. Supervise the efforts of experienced operators and technicians to safely and efficiently perform their tasks. The Shift Manager will lead mine operations crew and shift maintenance resources to safely meet performance expectations.


Summary of Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate, facilitate, and motivate employees to safely and efficiently execute and complete their work assignments.
+ Strive to keep all employees safe and achieve this by training in safe work practices.
