Role Overview This is not a typical receptionist role. You will be the face of Nafas, the center of operations, and the guardian of the customer experience ensuring that every client journey runs smoothly before, during, and after their sessions. You will also take on a shift leader mindset, coordinating daily flow, supporting the team, and maintaining a high standard across all touchpoints.
