Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
Main purpose: Ensure satisfactory utilization of labour and material resources to support customer requirements.
Elimination of waste: - Record and manage total units produced to meet targets.
- Accurately measure, record, and manage Change Over time/Lost.
- Minimise, measure, and record Unplanned Overtime to meet targets.
- Monitor & control the usage of PPE & Consumables.
- Effective management & deployment of resources.
- Evaluate rejects root cause and create plans for discussion with management to reduce or eliminate losses within your control and act accordingly.
Continuous Improvement: - Improve production within areas of control.
