Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

People Management 

• Trains and develops team members by following the MOOYAH Training Program, cross training, pre-shift meetings, and required city/state/federal training (e.g., Food Safety,  etc.). 

• Educates, communicates, and reinforces quality standards to all team members in the  store 

Operations Management 

• Ensures the restaurant is operating at the highest level of standards and is compliant with  all state and federal government regulations 

• Demonstrates ability to execute every station, according to MOOYAH station standards  and procedures.
