Shift Lead

Position Overview
Shift Leads are responsible for monitoring all aspects of FOH and BOH operations while ensuring the best possible experience for guests.  The Shift Lead ensures that despite the absence of the management team, the business operates smoothly, safely, and profitably.  

The Shift Lead reports to the General Manager, Bar Manager and Chef de Cuisine and is expected to work closely with the Head Bartender.
