JOB DESCRIPTION Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows: • Daily monitoring of Mechanical system including but not limited to: chiller cooling system, water pumps, cooling towers, AHU units, CRAH units, FCU units, water leak detection, fire alarm systems, VESDA, smoke detector (raised floor/ceiling), liquid cooling etc. • Daily monitoring of Electrical system including but not limited to: HV/LV switch rooms, Transformers, UPS system, Generators, Power Distribution Units, etc. • Ensure Data Hall colocation temperature and humidity are within range. • Response and attend to equipment alarm on site. • Troubleshoot abnormal incident / fault for Mechanical and Electrical equipment. • Escalate/update accordingly any severity event occurred according to the process and procedures. • Escorting and overseeing vendor to ensure PM activities and service repairs are carried out properly and compliance with all safety procedures as well as utilization of protective equipment.
