Job Description

• Maintain print consistency throughout the run: monitor ink density, registration, and paper feed accuracy across the entire batch; adjust machine settings proactively to prevent color shifts, misalignment, or print defects; ensure uniformity from first sheet to last.
• Perform scheduled maintenance as per guidelines: carry out periodic maintenance tasks including roller cleaning, blanket replacement, lubrication, and inspection of mechanical components; document all maintenance activities and report any abnormalities to the technical team.
• Control ink‑water balance during production: maintain optimal ink‑water balance throughout the run to prevent scumming, toning, or emulsification; fine‑tune dampening systems and ink flow to ensure sharp, clean prints with consistent color fidelity.
