**What you''ll do**
Fabricate and assemble custom sheet metal components from drawings
Cut, bend, rivet, and install panels using manual shop tools
Install commercial kitchen equipment into custom truck layouts
Plumb basic water systems and assist with propane gas line installation
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Work collaboratively through the full build process, start to finish
**Essential Skills**
2+ years of custom sheet metal fabrication experience
Strong skills with manual tools (shears, brakes, plasma cutter, etc.)
Ability to read blueprints and structural drawings
