**Job Title: HVAC Sheet Metal / Duct Foreman**
**Job Description**
This role supervises, coordinates, inspects, and performs the assembly, installation, and repair of HVAC sheet metal and duct components, subsystems, and systems for commercial construction, tenant finish-out, and remodel projects. The foreman leads a field crew, ensures work meets specifications and safety standards, and collaborates closely with an HVAC Superintendent to deliver high‑quality projects on time and within scope.

**Responsibilities**

+ Supervise and coordinate the assembly, installation, and repair of HVAC sheet metal and duct systems on commercial construction, tenant improvement, and remodel projects.
+ Prepare material take-offs and plan required labor and resources for upcoming work packages.
+ Lay out HVAC duct systems and create isometric and schematic sketches based on blueprints, specifications, submittals, and job orders.
