The job titles are based in Lawrence Otago. They are fixed term June - August with possible further employment at the end of the fixed term period.
6-7 days per week paid weekly & dependant upon weather & client requirements with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Wool handlers will receive $30-45 per hour.
The rate differs for wool handlers who are paid accordingly based on skill level.
A wool handler’s key tasks and responsibilities include preparing the wool clip by collecting & sorting the wool as it is shorn from the sheep, keeping the board clean and working in a team environment.
There is no qualification needed but 1 year experience is required for a wool handler.

Must have a good- attitude & work ethic.
Minimum skills & qualifications required with further training available to up skill.
