Provide professional SHE advice and support to country / business unit management teams and continuously engage with them in order to secure and strengthen their commitment to SHE.

Recognise and promote the commercial benefits of effective SHE management and provide support to enable the business to differentiate the business's services and meet market / customer SHE demands and expectations.
Maintain an effective working knowledge of SHE legislation, company requirements, best practice and the country / business unit activities.
Secure and manage financial resources for SHE plans.
Develop, implement and maintain effective SHE management systems to ensure compliance with SHE legislation, group / divisional policies and requirements and any other requirements to which the business subscribes.
