Position Overview
Responsibilities - Design, build, and operate SharePoint Subscription Edition (SSE) farm (HA, security, patching).
- Provision and maintain farm roles: WFE , App Server , Search Server , Index Server , Office Online Server (OOS) .
- Build SQL Server High Availability using SQL Server Failover Cluster Instance (FCI) ; coordinate storage, quorum, failover testing.
- Implement and troubleshoot Kerberos authentication end-to-end (SPNs, delegation, constrained delegation, double-hop scenarios).
- Execute performance/load testing using WAPT (test plan design, baselines, bottleneck triage, tuning recommendations).
- Apply hardening using CIS Benchmarks (OS + IIS + SQL + SharePoint layers), document exceptions, and drive remediation.
- Integrate and operationalize: SMTP relay , Splunk logging/monitoring, alerting/runbooks.
