Position Overview
The role of the Shared Services Administrator is to effectively carry out a wide range of administrative tasks for the overall business, supporting a wide range of functions and Business Units. To provide reception duties to ensure all visitors are routinely taken care of in an efficient and friendly manner and to provide telephone service for incoming calls working as a member of the Administration Shared Services Team.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
+ Provide general site administrative support using Microsoft Office applications
+ Ensure the Reception area is presentable and always managed during standard working hours
+ Provide telephone service for incoming calls, handling queries, redirecting calls, taking, and passing on messages in an accurate and timely manner
+ Receive and welcome visitors to the site, issue visitor pass, give instruction on emergency evacuation procedures and announce visitors, arrange guest Wi-Fi for visitors
