About the role
You will be responsible to provide analytical support for the Sales team with analysis, design and tracking of their field force activity and performance. You will assist the Medical Sales Director with report analysis and support.
Your responsibilities
- To provide data/KPI analytical support to the medical sales team.
- Support the design of the sales team structures and territories.
- Support the development of competitive selling metrics to meet country sales force operational & strategic plans.
- Ability to provide understandable and actionable metrics for first line sales managers.
- Ability to translate business questions into usable report supported by rigorous analysis.
- Support the management and collation and delivery of sales and activity KPI reports.
- Support the design and calculations of sales incentive schemes for country organizations.
