Job Responsibilities Include :
* Ensure the safety of the facilities department by developing, reviewing, and revising operating procedures.
* Oversee the implementation of park and department policies and procedures
* Maintain documentation of training certifications, maintenance and safety standards.
* Develop and maintain daily operation and rehab projects.
* Lead and schedule all assigned facilities shops to ensure all work assignments are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
* Preparing and coordinating all tools, equipment, and materials required for projects.
* Working to continuously improve employee morale
* Handling team member questions and concerns.
* Lead, discipline, motivate and manage staff to achieve department goals.
