Job Description
Our client is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Settlements Analyst to begin their career in the banking industry by joining a FED Settlements team of eight based in St. Paul, MN. In this role, the analyst will support daily trade settlement activities using internal proprietary systems by entering, delivering, and settling buy, sell, and repo trades. Work will be driven through a shared inbox and standardized forms, with responsibilities including reviewing trade details, identifying and resolving reconciliation issues between systems, and partnering with Trade Service Representatives to ensure timely and accurate corrections. Additional duties include manually posting penalties, resolving settlement exceptions, and communicating trade statuses and issues across internal teams to support smooth and compliant settlement operations. This role pays between $18-$19/hr.
