Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Setup CNC Machinist to join our production team. In this role, you won’t just be pushing a button. You will be the bridge between a raw technical drawing and a finished precision part. You will be responsible for the end-to-end setup of complex jobs on multi-axis CNC and rotary transfer machines, ensuring that the first piece off the line meets our exacting quality standards before handing the process over to operators.

•Machine Setup: Interpret blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and setup sheets to prepare machines for production. This includes installing tools, loading programs, and setting work offsets.
