Join our team and help members navigate one of life’s most stressful moments—after a total loss auto accident. You’ll play a critical role in supporting members through the financial aftermath, ensuring they understand their options and receive the best possible resolution.
What You’ll Do
In this dynamic, member-focused role, you’ll combine customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional support:
- Review & Audit loan files to ensure all required documents and contracts are complete
- Guide members through filing GAP claims and canceling service contracts
- Manage case data with accuracy, organization, and confidentiality
- Handle 10–30 daily interactions, including inbound/outbound calls and emails to gather information and resolve cases
