Define and own the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and future‑ready solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
Establish and govern technical standards, design principles, development frameworks, integration patterns, and platform architecture guidelines
Drive architectural consistency across the platform by promoting reusable design patterns and standardized implementation approaches
Provide hands‑on architectural leadership to delivery teams through solution reviews, design validation, and technical guidance on complex implementations
