This is a great chance to join us as our ServiceNow Lead Architect, you'll be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business. The primary objective of this role is to deploy, maintain and improve the ServiceNow Service Management platform used by Capita to support its external customers and internal staff.
