Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Senior Developer to design and implement technical solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) modules .

This role involves driving end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery , including system configuration, custom development, integrations, and deployment support. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development & Implementation

• Design and develop solutions across ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, SLA, and Service Catalog
• Build and enhance custom applications and features (client-side and server-side)
• Configure and implement ServiceNow ITSM Pro solutions including upgrades and enhancements
• Drive automation and innovation initiatives across ServiceNow modules
