We’re looking for a ServiceNow Engineer based in LATAM or Canada with strong hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) . This role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and platform performance while supporting business-critical service operations. You’ll work across technical and functional areas to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, contributing to platform reliability and continuous improvement. Experience with Employee Center Pro and employee experience portals is a plus.
