We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Virtual Agent and Now Assist to help organisations unlock the full potential of AI across the ServiceNow platform.

This role will focus on delivering intelligent automation and conversational AI solutions using ServiceNow's proprietary Generative AI suite, Now Assist.

You will help design and implement solutions that improve employee and customer experiences, automate repetitive tasks, generate intelligent responses, and increase productivity across IT and business functions.

Working closely with architects, consultants, developers and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving AI adoption and innovation across the ServiceNow platform.
