Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and support. At least 2 years of experience working specifically with ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery). Strong hands-on expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Record Producers, Employee Center Portal, Reporting, Transform Maps, and Integrations. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
