We are seeking a skilled Service Now GRC Developer with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Service Now Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / IRM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of risk and compliance processes, and experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver scalable GRC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize Service Now GRC / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules, including:
Policy and Compliance Management
Risk Management
Audit Management
Issue Management
Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
Configure risk statements, controls, indicators, assessments, and policy attestations.
Implement and manage GRC data models , including risk registers, control libraries, and policy hierarchies.
