About The Role As a GIS & ServiceNow Field Service Management Analyst at Accenture, you will design, configure, and enhance geospatial and field service solutions that support efficient field operations and data-driven decision making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions leveraging GIS technologies and the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities - Configure and support ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) capabilities, including work orders, dispatching, mobile workforce, and asset tracking
- Design and implement geospatial solutions using ESRI ArcGIS to visualize and manage location-based data
- Develop and customize interactive web-based maps using Leaflet.js and JavaScript
