Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise‑level ServiceNow solutions. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, and HRSD modules.
- Lead platform customization, integrations, and automation initiatives.
- Develop complex workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and custom applications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and governance compliance.
- Support release management, deployments, and production issues.
