Development of ITSM & custom modules in ServiceNow Platform following best development practices
Support other developers in their work to integrate existing systems with Service Now
Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Asset, CMDB, ITOM
Creating technical design document and writing unit test cases
Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML,JAVA Script, etc.) will be essential.
ServiceNow implementation of HRSD/CSM module
ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
Very good knowledge of the ITSM process
Work with global ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow (all the modules) across all global locations of client
