Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support enterprise ServiceNow enhancements across a large scale ITSM environment. This role will focus on requirements gathering, Agile story creation, process documentation, UAT coordination, and stakeholder alignment across ServiceNow initiatives in a hybrid cloud environment.

The role will play a key part in translating business needs into actionable user stories, supporting solution design with architects and developers, and driving end to end delivery across ServiceNow enhancements.
