We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead high-impact projects across Singapore and ASEAN. Responsiblities: Lead end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, AppEngine, ITSM, ITOM, and more. Shape technical blueprints, standards, and integration models for large-scale enterprise and government projects. Drive innovation with AI and automation, blending ServiceNow with intelligent workflows. Mentor developers, coach squads, and set the standard for delivery excellence. Requirement: 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with proven architect-level expertise. Hands-on across multiple modules. Strong grasp of scripting, Glide API, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server). Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills. ServiceNow CTA or multiple CIS certifications. Agile delivery experience.
