module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing scalable HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business objectives and HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the

architecture, design, and implementation

of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design and implement

Employee Service Center (ESC) , HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management
Ensure best practices in

ServiceNow architecture, security, and data privacy
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
