Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned to enterprise standards and roadmaps. Design and implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, IRM and related modules. Provide technical leadership, governance, and architectural oversight throughout project lifecycles. Lead integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, data imports, and enterprise monitoring tools.
