What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop ServiceNow platform architecture aligned to business needs
• Lead implementation across ITSM and ITOM modules
• Own key areas, including CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
• Define and deliver integration strategies (REST/SOAP APIs)
