Our Client is an established consulting firm urgently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Analyst to support and optimise enterprise ServiceNow platforms across multiple client engagements. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable analysing business requirements and administering the platform — operating confidently in a fast-paced, client-facing, and internationally mobile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse, gather, and document business requirements; produce structured BRDs, use cases, and functional specifications.
Configure and customise ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalogue, and PPM in accordance with ITIL best practices.
