We currently have an immediate requirement for engineers with expertise in developing ServiceNow Agentic AI Skills and Claude Skills. The ideal candidates should have:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow Agent Studio


• Familiarity with prompt engineering and prompt libraries


• Experience working with LLMs and related frameworks


• Ability to build supporting services that function as tools


• Exposure to Claude Skills or other major LLM ecosystems
