Job description:
Conduct orientation and training for newly hired service crews
Perform monthly branch or operational audits
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
Prepare audit reports and submit findings to management
Qualifications:
-Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related course
-With experience as managerial or supervisor level in customer service (restaurant), operations, training, or -related field is an advantage
-Strong communication and interpersonal skillS
-Ability to conduct presentations and employee orientations
-Willing to do fieldwork and travel when necessary
