Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls as dispatched.
• Repair equipment to company standard.
• Respond to emergency calls as required.
• Rotate weekend on‑call and after‑hour standby coverage.
• Evaluate and advise on any upgrades required in laundry rooms.
• Manage calls in territory to meet customer committed response times.
• Maintain Coinamatic assets and expenses (vehicle, phone/communication device, fax machine, parts, uniform, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a good rapport with laundry attendants, owners, environmental managers, and other client personnel.
• Represent Coinamatic in a positive and professional manner.
