Position Overview
Job Scope
Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system inspections. Diagnose system faults and carry out repairs or replacement of defective components. Attend to customer service requests and provide onsite technical support. Configure and test security systems to ensure proper functionality. Prepare service reports and update maintenance records after each service visit. Provide quotations and recommendations for repair, replacement, or upgrading works. Ensure all work activities comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) standards and company procedures. Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work. Maintain proper handling and usage of tools, equipment, and materials.
Requirements
