**Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with the team to receive daily assignments and tasks.
+ Perform cleaning, sweeping, and hosing out dirt from returned units.
+ Replace tiles and epoxy flooring, ensuring floors are clean and prepared.
+ Repair drywall holes, patch, and paint after repairs.
+ Replace lightbulbs, locks, blinds, and door handles.
+ Document completed work and verify any additional required tasks.
