Job Description
We are seeking a Service Technician to support field operations, primarily servicing plantation sites across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks
Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions
Prepare timely and detailed service reports
Document processes and maintain proper records
Follow company procedures and service protocols
Coordinate with the technical team and share information across the organization
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Plan and manage workflow according to schedules
