Job Description Position Summary The Service Supervisor oversees front-end operations to ensure a fast, friendly, and efficient customer experience. This role is responsible for supervising front-end associates, maintaining service standards, supporting operational execution, and assisting store leadership with daily front-end performance.
Key Responsibilities Front-End Operations & Execution - Oversee daily front-end operations, including checkout lanes, service desk, and customer flow
- Ensure registers are properly staffed and lines are managed to minimize wait times
- Monitor transaction accuracy, cash handling, and adherence to company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all front-end areas
