The Service Sales Manager will be a key driver of business growth, responsible for the commercial strategy, sales, and management of service contracts for a diverse range of heat transfer equipment. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strong client relationship management skills. The focus is on securing new business and managing existing long-term service contracts (LTSAs) for both workshop and on-site refurbishment services, particularly within the demanding environment of industrial shutdowns.
The ideal candidate must be a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record in technical sales within the servicing industry, possessing deep technical knowledge of relevant industry standards and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
