Servicing of customers, forwarding of various Service requests to India processing teams (Financial / Non-financial, Debit card processing).
Forwarding of AOFs to processing centers and efficient handling of the dispatch of AOFs.
To handle the various MIS, Maintenance of Data, Establishment (Salary, Reimbursement processing, Various HR activities- issuing of AL, Visa, Medical, Insurance etc.,).
Assist Facilitation / Relationship Managers on coordination with processing centers on their requests for Accounts and servicing.
Meeting specific performance levels in customer servicing and also facilitating various permitted activities to the mapped customers.
To be the first level of escalation and able to handle complaints and be a good trouble shooter.
To ensure maintenance of various statutory requirements (Renewal of various licenses, permissions etc., ) in order.
