Key Responsibilities - Monitor daily service activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs and SLAs.
- Conduct service quality audits and analyse KPIs and customer feedback.
- Identify gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare concise quality reports for management review.
