**Position Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Parts Coordinator to support order processing and customer communication. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, ensuring accurate order entry and timely communication regarding parts, pricing, and delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system, including part numbers, quantities, pricing, billing, and shipping details
+ Provide customers with information on spare parts pricing, availability, and delivery timelines via phone, email, or written quotes
