Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure ServiceNow applications, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog.
- Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of customizations and integrations to ensure functionality and performance meet specifications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for custom solutions, configurations, and integrations.
