Position Overview
We're looking for someone who will cover the following areas:
- Dealer Development: Coach and support dealers, drive training programs, and onboard new partners for continuous improvement.
- Technical Support: Provide proactive solutions, minimize machine downtime, and ensure efficient case resolution.
- Customer Satisfaction: Champion maintenance contracts, warranty extensions, genuine parts, and telematics initiatives to boost loyalty.
- Warranty & Administration: Oversee warranty accounts, field modifications, and key KPIs for dealer performance and compliance.
What sets you apart:
- Solid technical background (machinery, hydraulics, electrical systems, engines), ideally with a bachelor’s degree in mechanics or equivalent.
- Proven hands‑on experience in aftermarket service, preferably within dealer networks.
- Strong IT and computer skills
