Key Responsibilities
- Team & Technical Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a mixed team of ~10 mechanical and electronic service engineers.
- Act as the primary technical expert and final escalation point for all complex diagnostic and repair challenges.
- Plan and manage engineer schedules, dispatching the right skills for 24/7 emergency call-outs, planned maintenance, and major projects.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and develop the technical competency of the team.
- Foster a strong culture of safety (HSE), quality, and first-time-fix problem-solving.
- Service Operations Management
- Oversee the entire service workflow, from customer call and quotation to job execution and final invoicing.
