A leading dealership is seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Manager to oversee workshop operations and drive service excellence.
Minimum Requirements:
?? 5+ years dealership Service Management experience
?? Strong knowledge of workshop operations, WIP, productivity & CSI management
?? Experience working on BSI & Evolve systems is essential
?? Proven leadership and staff management skills
?? Strong understanding of OEM standards and dealership processes
?? Ability to manage technicians, service advisors, and workshop performance
?? Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
?? Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment
Automotive dealership experience is non-negotiable.
