QUALIFICATIONS
With at least 5 years of progressive experience in aftersales operations management and leadership roles in automotive industry.
Experience in aftersales including service, parts, accessories, warranty, and workshop.
Strong customer service, people management and technical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop the team.
Oversee the daily operations of the service department.
Ensure that all repair and maintenance services are performed efficiently, accurately, and within standards.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues, ensuring a premium after-sales experience.
